Our House System

Every child and staff member at Queen’s Park belongs to one of our four Houses: Kusama, Dass, Wiltshire or Scheffler. Each House brings together children from Reception right through to Year 6, helping pupils build relationships across year groups and creating a strong sense of belonging, identity and community.

Each week, the whole House comes together for a House Meeting, led by our House Captains. Together, they celebrate children’s achievements and contributions, reflect on our school values of Kindness, Integrity, Excellence and Collaboration, and consider how they can make a positive difference to others. This might include charity work, supporting our local community or finding ways to put our values into action.

Our House System gives children meaningful opportunities to lead, have a voice and take responsibility, while learning that being part of Queen’s Park is not just about what we achieve individually, but what we can contribute together.
