Welcome to Reception where you’ll find a magical world to begin your learning journey at Queen’s Park Primary! 

We have an incredibly diverse range of texts which we use to ignite children’s love of stories, imagination and creativity.

Our learning environments are engaging and enable children the opportunities to discover and explore through self-initiated play. We are very lucky to have fantastic indoor and outdoor areas where children love to engage with nature and develop their creative curiosity. Every child is unique and our learning environments reflect the eclectic interests of our children. 

We believe that by providing lots of amazing experiences for our children, they will develop their knowledge and understanding of the world. Through these experiences they will develop their use of language, which is fundamental in enabling children to reach their potential. Be prepared for visits to the farm, the park, the I360, the beach, magic shows, and much more!
