Here are some ideas of activities your child can do at home to support their learning.

Reading books are starting to come home now. We will be sending home a book on the same day every week for your child to read at home. We ask that you read the book with them as much as possible and then return it on the same day the following week. A new book will then come home with them on the same day and so on. Your child’s teacher will text on the first day a book comes home to let you know.

Sumdog is a an excellent maths game website where your child can practise their maths skills in a fun way. The website is a completely safe as there is no contact allowed with anyone outside the school community. Most children know their log in off by heart but we will be sending these home in due course.
