This week in Year One

Hello everyone, what brilliant things you have been up to this week!

Many of you made decorative crowns and they looked beautiful.

We have been learning about Chinese new year and you have been using your cutting skills to make some amazing lanterns and snowflakes.

Speaking of snow, it was wonderful to see photos of some of you playing in the snow and making snowmen and snow creatures, shame they didn’t stick around long.

We are so proud of you for working so hard this half term, we know it has not been easy. So give yourselves a big pat on the back!

Well done to all the grown-ups too! Maybe you would like to make them a card to say thank you for helping you with your learning at home?

Have a safe and happy half term.

Love Ms Rowlands, Ms Morrison, Mrs Hutchings, Ms Steer, Ms Harvey and Mrs Lipscombe x
